NME says the youtube Lhevine recording of La Campanella is authentic

The commentary is here.

I myself am befuddled--but this recording is quite wonderful--the phrasing during the first 40 seconds is magic, and the ability of the pianist--whoever it is--to articulate while playing quite rapidly is remarkable.

Hmm... but the NME website just copies the youtube site and the posters comments.

It's hard for me to believe that this is an ampico recording because, as you noticed too, it's so nuanced.

This is closest to the original you posted:

It's Evgeny Kissin playing.

The other one I mentioned earlier I really like as well -- Valentina Lisitsa. She's scheduled to come back to Los Angeles next year.

Listen to Valentina playing Rachmaninoff on her website www.valentinalisitsa.com

It's a riddle wrapped in a puzzle wrapped in beautiful music.

btw we're in for a very exciting 2009 onwards with the young man from Venezuela. Salonen was wonderful, but the blue haired matrons and I just couldn't often get into the experimental music he was launching at us.

Dave lindahl scam reports you have to make sure to protect the primary repairs and improvements that put the property in a situation customer in the area search for. Don't go crazy. Think twice about a costly restroom or kitchen area transform that will cost you more than you can regain on the resale.
